Leadership                                            

Those of us who have chosen the field of education have always known that we are leading the way for our students.  Most of them will look to us for guidance along their journey of learning.  As stated in a very popular movie "Remember the Titians" attitude reflects leadership.  How our students proceed throughout their lives is a reflection on how well we lead them.  We do not need to be perfect but we need to model for them what it takes to be life-long learners.  We must continue to search, explore, investigate and question; all of which will assist us with our own learning.  I will conclude with a song that I had my 3rd and 4th grade students sing at their performance that I believe says it all!
